Diana Beam will be with us to tell us about her local business, "Keeping in Touch Solutions."  This business makes daily phone calls for busy adult children and friends to loved ones throughout the country.  These caring anc cheery calls help make sure those who are unable to leave their homes or far away from loved ones are not forgotten.  Everyone is welcome to join us for this informative presentation.

KEEPING IN TOUCH SOLUTIONS - PRESENTED BY DIANA BEAM
January 29, 9:30am - Wesley Fellowship Hall

Please join us as we welcome Diana Beam, who will tell us about "Keeping In Touch Solutions," an organization that gives daily phone calls to persons who live alone. The caring caller checks to see that the person is OK, has and is taking their medications, and calls primarily to let the person know that someone cares. This program is designed to help ease the stress of those busy adults who are trying to balance responsibilities to their work, their children and their aging parents. Many of these persons don't want to be a burden to their children, but wish their children could call or visit more often. A caring phone call each day is, of course, not the same as that important contact with family; but it does help to hear a friendly voice each day.  Perhaps this program could be helpful to you, or to someone you know. Come and check it out, and learn more at www.keepingintouchsolutions.com.

Perhaps you are looking for some Bible coloring pages for your child, to use with your devotions; or, perhaps you're just looking for a more meaningful coloring activity for your child than a commercial coloring book.  We hope this link will be useful to you.  It's a site that offers FREE printable coloring pages of many familiar Bible stories, with no special computer add-ons needed.  Also FREE and available on this site are a variety of brief Bible passages that are printed out and illustrated, and read aloud by a child to your child, followed by a question about the passage and a brief story and picture that illustrates the principle of the passage.  Just click under the "Children's Stories" heading, and you'll see the items that are availavble. Two more clicks, and the text reading begins.

HELP!  We need your old paper!  We need to maintain an average of one and one half tons of paper, per month, in the recycle bin.  If we cannot do this, the bin will be removed.  We can use newspapers, magazines of all types, catalogs, brochures, paperback books, and any "fan" mail that you are going to toss.  We cannot take telephone books, cardboard, cereal boxes or soft drink cartons.  Please put a sack of recycle material in the trunk of your car each time you come to church-it will help us keep this service to the church and community!   ALSO, the money from all aluminum cans dropped off in the blue carts which are conveniently located in the parking lot will go toward helping our preschool!  THANK YOU!
